To help us serve every guest with the attention they deserve, we kindly request at least 48 hour notice for any appointment !! • Within 48 hours: 75% of the scheduled service price will be charged. • 24 hours or less: 100% of the scheduled service price will ABSOLUTELY be charged. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. • Late arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
